History Fanatics is recognized by the IRS as a Texas-based 501c3 charitable organization.
Yes, we qualify as an historical association and a museum. But, that is where the line gets blurry. Instead of having an actual building and all the costs associated with that, History fanatics is the mobile museum that comes to you!
We are always looking for new ways and means to pass on the knowledge and information about our combined histories, and to ignite similar passions inside of each of them.
We are striving to keep our history and our heritage intact despite the multitude of challenges that exist today. History is disappearing at an alarming rate.
In order to do that, the good folks here at History Fanatics need your help. We are looking at expanding our displays by adding more tools and equipment. Plus, we are adding vintage vehicles to the displays.
History Fanatics would like to partner with educators and parents to help bring our collections to folks so they can experience what we offer. In addition, you can see us at various events around Texas (and possibly Oklahoma and Louisiana) where we have displays set up.
Now, for the legal stuff: Donations are tax deductible as determined by IRS code. History Fanatics follows the directives set forth by the IRS.
And, in case you are wondering, 100% of your donation goes into History Fanatics to pay for this website, event fees, storage costs, and transportation. Nobody at History Fanatics is paid. That's right - nobody gets a paycheck. That way, you can be sure your donation is being used to keep history alive.
The better funded we get, the better equipment we can acquire, the better we can make our displays and the more people we can visit.
