History Fanatics is recognized by the IRS as a Texas-based 501c3 charitable organization.  That means that we are both a museum / educational organization and a history preservationist organization.  

We differ from a standard museum in that we actually go to the people instead of the people coming to us.  We also work with many different organizations around the State of Texas, the Southwestern United States, and the Gulf Coast States.  You will probably see us at several events.

Being a 501c3 organization, your donations are tax deductible as determined by IRS code.  It also means we follow the directives set forth by the IRS.

If you want, make a donation. We put about 90% of what we make back into the organization.  The other 10% goes to maintaining this website, fees for events, storage costs, and transportation.  And, unlike many organizations, nobody at History Fanatics is paid. That's right - nobody gets a paycheck.  That way, you can be sure your donation is being used to keep history alive.

The better funded we get, the better equipment we can acquire, the better we can make our displays and justify everything.
